I had New Concept look at my floors to refinish my pine wood floors of my 100 year old home. New Concept gave me a timely quote, and were amazingly flexible and squeezed us in the very next week to work on our floors. When we discover more wood flooring under the linoleum, we quickly ripped it up and New Concept happily complied and refinished those floors too.
