Literally the worst shampoo I ever had and it cost $47. Came to get a silk press, she quoted me $70… she proceeded shampoo my hair, sharply scratch my scalp, put water in my ear, and drench my face and clothes. When she started blow drying my hair, I told her I was looking for some other place because the last place I went to would always leave me with my hair smelling burned. She said ok. First of all , no one here is dominican. the jamaican lady in the front that did my hair was rude and quite literally ruined my hair for no reason, and charged me $92 for hair that wasnt even fully done. the only reason i came here is because my tina was out of town but never ever again she “ wrapped “ my hair with like a million huge bobby pins which was the last red flag . and when i got home my hair looked crazy not at all like i just paid $100 for someone to press it. now my hair is super frizzy and wont retain water . r... read more
