They sent my referral for wisdom tooth removal to a oral surgeon who did not accept my insurance. Weeks later I ended up finding one who did and asked them 4 times to send it over their office but they have failed to do so. My original appointment was back in March, its now June 30th and they still have not sent over my paperwork.
