I have been going to the Computer Room and now the New Computer Room for the past 20 years to have my Mac's serviced. Jim is excellent and really knows his stuff. It's not snazzy - far from it - but I know that he will get to my computer right away and will let me know within a day what the problem is and have it repair quickly. I can not imagine being without my computer for a week or 2 to have it sent off or to be waiting in the quell just for a diagnosis. He's helped me over the phone in the past to trouble shoot.
