Current living in NCC family Manor (225) , I was told months before I moved in that the elevator would be fixed , however I have been living here for an year I live on the 5th floor and still NO ELEVATOR , also told me I cannot have dogs meanwhile everybody in the building has big dogs compared to my puppy.
