They were going to charge $1,000 MORE than Burns in Richmond for "work" and "items" that were NOT needed. I recommend that you go to Burns. We did and we are SO glad we did.
You guys used to be 5 stars in my book. However, when I went to look up your number a few days ago, I was shocked with all the reviews discussing price gouging. Sure enough, a tech came by the next day. All i wanted was for my furnace's drain pipe to be rerouted from draining outside my garage to draining inside the garage. For that, I was quoted $600.00. WHAT?? He said it would 'only' be $200 if i buy all the materials. No thank you. I'll do the work myself for $60.
