I been here for 2yrs now and I can say this one of the best places I have lived. I know a few years ago the whole neighborhood was a mess, but Cesar and Marie are wonderful. My move in was easy and the place Cesar showed me was the one I moved in after showing me the model. If any issues they addressed them. At a certain time of year the termites are everywhere even my job and different places but they addressed the problem and I don't have roaches infested.
