A lot of the staff are extremely rude. There are a few good people in here that actually do care and do want to help.. but I definitely feel like your judged by certain people. Some staff pick and choose and treatment is not fair..next time I will post names I do not have their names at the moment . But there is a handful.
BEST CLINIC IN NEW YORK STATE. I had to change clinics because I moved but to this day I wish I was still with them...I got the best care over in new choices. The doctor is amazing and very kind. The staff are extremely understanding and same with the nurses. You won't find another place this amazing anywhere else....and they actually care about you. It's not like it used to be. nowadays I feel like it lost its quality. Overall it saved my life when I first entered this program, i miss all the old staff
