From my time living in NY and NC this is the only place by far that serves sweet and sour this small. Compare to what I actually used too and pay for.
As a New Yorker, is hard to find chinese street food in other states. This is it!

Wow! Hands down best tasting Chinese takeout I’ve had in NC.
The food I bought was very good. However, the customer service was very bad. When the woman asked me if I was going to order, she did so in a very rude way. My response was, "Yes, I am going to order." I think she almost threw the menu at me. And in the end, hearing the woman yelling saying that the food was ready. It was a really bad experience.
