I've been a Charn Nail salon customer for 20 years. They use to give the best foot and legs massages and the pedicure lasted 30minutes. Now it last about 15-20 minutes. And of course the price went up as the quality has went down.
I came in for a pedicure with my sister. Never in my life have I had such a horrific pedicure. My appointment was at 1 and the lady finished at 1:20. They were so rough and barely shaped my nails. They just wanted us out it seemed like. There was no care. The massage part of the pedicure was so unpleasant… the woman used her nails while massaging my legs and have her nail marks all over my legs. Very odd. Painting was rushed as well.
