I found this agency when my husband needed Speech therapy. We didn't feel comfortable with the first person that they sent and asked to see a different therapist. We were pleasantly surprised to be connected with a familiar face, Cecilia Smith, who is extremely talented and with whom my husband has already built a relationship. It was a seamless transition. I was referred to New Chapter Home Health for my husband. I am extremely grateful and happy for their services. Professional, caring , very kind , knowledgeable is what I have experienced. There has been times I have called for help after my husband was out of the hospital, they are very helpful, kind , they take their time to explain with a matter.

They got the best Nurses, therapists. No wonder they were hospitals number 1 choice. Anita, the DON was so good at communicating with me & my family regarding my moms care, even after hours she would answer our calls and make sure everything has been coordinated. Thanks again for helping my mom to get better!

my mother needed a home care so I requested to her doctor and this was the agency we were referred to. They were on top of everything, visits were on time the nurses and therapist were so caring and most definitely helpful. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone who needs a home health care!
