I and my Mom Donna Snyderman are very pleased with the service of this company particularly we are pleased with Anita. She has outstanding knowledge and she is helping beyond and above. She's very kind, caring and kind spirited. She even came by same day l texted to her to provide us with an insulin pen instructions. That was very caring. We enjoy her every visit. I found this agency when my husband needed Speech therapy. We didn't feel comfortable with the first person that they sent and asked to see a different therapist. We were pleasantly surprised to be connected with a familiar face, Cecilia Smith, who is extremely talented and with whom my husband has already built a relationship. It was a seamless transition. I was referred to New Chapter Home Health for my husband. I am extremely grateful and happy for their services. Professional, caring , very kind , knowledgeable is what I have experienced. There has been times I have called for help after my husband was out of the hospital, they are very helpful, kind , they take their time to explain with a matter.
