I’ve left reviews for other dealerships and service centers before and let me honest: they’re always bad reviews. So I’m super happy to finally leave a five star review for New Century Volkswagen after two service visits in the last few months. One was due to a recall, the other an issue with the cargo door latch. Both issues were resolved quickly. Every time I go, they find somehow to charge me at least$400!
Great service and work! Great cars and SUVS !
Not a perfect service experience (they re-coded a sensor only to have the check engine light come back on before they could replace it). However, the service manager Luis was accommodating and explained what was happening patiently. You can have a subpar experience but communication goes a long way.
