3 attempts to fix my wheel alignment and no luck. And after a month took it in for rough idling and difficulty shifting and bad AC smell. They said nothing was wrong. Never told me anything about the AC. After the inspection they reported to carfax that they replaced the cabin filter which was false. Never going back again
I do not recommend this place at all. The first time I went in, I brought my car in for a simple oil change. They ended up doing an oil change, topping off fluids, an alignment, tire rotation, and a transmission fluid change. When I picked up my car, the service advisor told me everything looked great and even said my car was in perfect condition, especially considering I bought it used (one previous owner who maintained it well). I’ve left reviews for other dealerships and service centers before and let me honest: they’re always bad reviews. So I’m super happy to finally leave a five star review for New Century Volkswagen after two service visits in the last few months. One was due to a recall, the other an issue with the cargo door latch. Both issues were resolved quickly.
