They have owed me a reimburse check for 7 months. They dont respond to emails or phone calls. Managers dont follow up. Impossible to deal with. They are no help and unprofessional
Well Run VW Dealership I got my Jetta from New Century and my Mom purchased her Bug there also. For the past 5 years we've returned for their auto servicing. The buying process was quick, pleasant and a great deal. The auto servicing mirrors the same great customer service. With reasonable prices and good turn around. It's not a huge dealership, but they have always had what I've been looking for. Plus, their waiting rooms are nice and it's a good location among several other auto dealerships.
Yucky salespeople I was referred to this dealership by the Costco Car buying program. This was by far, the worst experience I've had in purchasing a car. I had to make an appointment, then when I got there, I had to be "entertained" by the another salesman while I waited for almost an hour. There was no deal, and I could of been told that ahead of time. They could not find the book with the price until the end to show that the deal was not really a deal. It was a complete waste of time. Great People, Great Service I've been bringing my Jetta to New Century VW for 3 years now for all my service needs. They are so nice and so helpful. They make you feel like they are truly looking out for your best interests. Whether just for an oil change or something more serious, they always have my car done on-time as promised. I didn't buy my VW here, but I certainly will next time around.
Constantly spam me with email. I live in MD and have never been in their dealership but they keep asking me to bring my VW Golf in for service. I don't own a VW and haven't since 1967. I filed a complaint with BBB and I guess the dealer has refused to reply. I wouldn't buy a Twix out of their vending machine.

Don't expect to get the car you are looking at for the advertised price, unless you finance it through Volkswagen Credit. We had our own credit union financing in place when we arrived at the dealership to purchase a Passat **** was advertised for $11,933, when it came down to finalizing the purchase, we were told that if we didn't finance it through VCI, the price would $16,998(Kelly Blue Book). Sir all or advertisment goes hand in hand with incentives that we are able to pass ** to you as a consumer, most banks will only give you one or the other, If you decide to pay cash or bring your owen financing you will loose certain incentive that were available to you going with vci financing. Salesma********* was awesome . Manger , however sucked . Tried to sell us a vehicle for $3000 over "no haggle". Price listed on our preapproved loan with Usaa. We would've walked completely away from this dealership had it not been for the salesman, who deserved the commission of this sale . Walked away with a great car for the price quote we got , not the managers !

If you would have read the big bold letters that actually stated that my prices are subject to vci financing we would have not had the issue. And would we have known from the beginning that you came with a pre-approval letter from usaa, this wouldnt have been an issue either. Not happy with New Century VW and their sales tactics. They took advantage of us and refused to sell us a VW for the sticker price unless we financed at 75% of the vehicle. They refused to accept our cash deposit. We drove 6 hours round trip to Glendale ready to buy a vehicle with the options my wife has been looking for several months. They knew we wanted the vehicle, which prompted them to start playing the stereotypical dealers sales games.
