I had a great experience at New Century Ophthalmology in Raleigh. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff was friendly and professional. The office uses modern, updated equipment, and the testing was very thorough. Dr. Prabakaran was down-to-earth, attentive, and took the time to go over all my results. She even offered tailored prescriptions for different types of eyewear. Overall, a fantastic visit—highly recommended!
Looking for an ophthalmologist ? We were, after long wait times and hurried care elsewhere. After an extensive search in the Brier Creek, Raleigh, NC area, we gave New Century a try and got lucky, very lucky. There are not enough stars to rate the excellence and care we experienced. The staff and doctor could not have been more efficient, caring and savvy. What a heartening experience. G.B

I purchased a groupon that was good for an eye exam aand $150 towards prescription glasses. They are refusing to honor their deal.
