Took my 2021 Grand Cherokee L in for a air cond issue under warranty. It was there 4 hrs and they needed to order parts. Told me to bring it back the next day and leave it all day. I asked for a loaner car or rental car as Jeep states in it warranty. The service manager said no it needs to be here 72 hrs or the car needs to be undriveable. I said show me that in writing and he said he knows the rules. I knew this was a lie and called Jeep they agreed. He offered no help, terrible attitude and arrogant. Hi. My husband & I purchased a Dodge Durango from you back in Oct. 2021. Everything came in the mail except the vehicle was never added to my Insurance. I received the plates & tags & everything. Yesterday however, I received from the DMV a notice of Intent to Suspend because our insurance was never added to the vehicle. Please fix this problem. I added the vehicle yesterday. As a woman if your car needs any kind of service, it is hard to find a good one who treats you well and trustable. My car engine sound weird lately and it was 50000 miles on it!
