I bought a KTM SuperDuke in December 25' was so happy with the bike and with Karen's service that I came back for a BMW 1300 ADV last week! Great service and a great selection of bikes!
I’m very disappointed with this dealer. The 2022 Duke 1290 R Evo was being sold as a demo/used bike with no warranty, yet they still acted like the price was firm and above reality. Anyone buying this bike is taking on significant depreciation right away, so it made no sense to hold so hard on an inflated price. After more than 8 months of back-and-forth, the whole process felt greedy, stubborn, and completely unhelpful.
Very pleased with the service I got from Karen. She was very accommodating, worked with me and addressed my concerns very well. She's not pushy and makes sure you are comfortable with the purchase throughout the whole process. She a professional at her job. Ask for Karen, you wont be disappointed.
