Just want to say a big THANK YOU to New Century Hospice for being so good to my Mom and I. Your thoughtfulness, kindness and care for my Mom Laverne Gwynn Mccoy was amazing. Everyone from the main office to the volunteers, nurses, chaplain, etc were wonderful. The nurses were very kind to her and always updated me on her progress/issues if i wasnt there when they visited her and they were up there quickly when they were called if there were issues or emergencies, even after hours. The whole staff was amazing with my grandmothers passing. Especially Samantha. She was amazing with the whole process and made our mind at ease knowing that she was not in pain. I highly recommend them!
Everyone is so helpful and caring. Peyton, Ashlee and Kaysi have been so attentive and informative.
