The only reason I even chose a star is because their consultant will sell you on how great the company will take care of your love ones. We were discharged, on hospice, only to arrive home and the nurse (Nicolette) never arrived. She was supposed to meet us at 6:30PM. We reached out to her several times. She kept telling us that she was on her way to our home yet she never arrived. She stopped answering our calls. Nicolette lacked compassion and her actions show that she is in the wrong profession.
