Ed the plumber and his helper put in a new hot water heater last week. They actually arrived early, finished efficiently, and checked their work to be sure of function before leaving. Ed has done other work for us previously (shower fixtures) and similarly did a professional and excellent job. I would recommend him without reservation. Pauline Baber

Called them This was at 8:30 pm with refrigerator not working and worrying about preserving food for 2 kids 4 and under Was told that technician would be out in 2 hours. When no one showed up texted them. At that point for a call asking if we had a service contract. When we said no was told they only work with people who have such a contract. Not on their website We wasted 2 hours and of course by 10:30 night we could not find anyone else Would be careful doing business with them.

We have had a New Century contract on my mother in laws condo in Heritage Hills for years. I would not call anyone else. The service guys are always great and get the job done. It really give us the peace of mind knowing that if something goes wrong at her place it will be taken care of promptly and correctly. Thanks guys!

I have used NCHS several times and am always impressed with their professionalism, quick appointments and knowledgeable technicians which result in their ability to locate and resolve any problems I have had. I would highly recommend.
