My mom is a resident at a Brooklyn assisted living home. The caregivers/aides are from New century each aide treats her like a person, not a statistic. They are caring kind and thoughtful and go a step above to help her. This goes for the management as well. When my mom was in hospital and I needed full time care for her they were able to orivide aides to be there when I couldn’t. Knowing mom is cared for so lovingly means the world to us
