Car feels like new again. Eddie is the best! Took real good care of me by guiding me through the repair process and explaining the issues and options.
Im not sure if im able to put lower than 1 star for the absolutely horrible i experienced at new century bmw service center. I have bought 3 cars from them and never really had an issue until i had “anderson chang” help me and it all went down hill from there. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever all he cares about is money and doesn’t care about the customer needs. He lied to me and wasted my time. I will never come back to this unprofessional dealer.
