I had an excellent experience with BMW Service. Arlene was very helpful, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. She worked directly with my tire insurance, which made everything easy and stress-free. The loaner vehicle was a huge help and made all the difference while my BMW was being repaired. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and I was very satisfied with the level of customer service I received. I waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. The person who helped me originally said it can take up to 2 hours, oil change and car wash. She then gave me an option to opt out of the car wash and only wait an hour. I opted out of the car wash, so I figured I'm only waiting an hour. She then came up to me 30 min into waiting saying it will take a little longer due to the tech working on my car needing more time. I told her to just go ahead with the car wash then.
