This is also a Tesla factory certified repair center. I have had my Tesla repaired here several times. The Tesla supervisor was a nice guy, I didn't get a chance to ask his name but he helped me a lot. Will definitely come back in the future.
Hands down best collision repair in the SGV, from customer service to the repair itself. Advisor Jay Alvarado was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I was helped immediately and Jay gave me the assurance I needed. My BMW had extensive damage which made me believe it would never look the same. Shout out to Jay(Jorge Alvarado)who helped me out this morning with getting my estimate for the BMW. My vehicle was sideswiped while it was parked and it had sustained scratches to the driver side bumper. I was sad since I have taken very good care of my vehicle avoiding any scratches from parking. I hated the black scratches to my vehicle not realizing it was cleaned up by Jay with a solution and only a few but deep scratches showed and he was very helpful and patient.
