When I moved in here it was so sad and depressing. Management could care less about tenants issues with their apartment and maintenance was awful and rude and they would get paid for things they just put a bandaid on and called it repaired. . I moved here after getting away from a domestic situation and became homeless for months. I had no choice but to take what I could find. Roach, bed bug and rat infested, they steel , your mail and everyone that stay there want to kill they self I wonder why ?
THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!! MIDTOWN IS BEAUTIFUL, THE MANGER EARNEST SMITH IS A NIGHTMARE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ELEVATOR HAS BEEN DOWN FOR OVER A MONTH, ELDERLY TENANTS USING THE STEPS!! PARKING STRUCTURE HAS BEEN REPAVED AND NO TENANTS HAVE ACCESS TO IT. TENANTS ARE BEING TICKETED DUE TO NO PARKING.DRUG ACTIVITY/SELL INSIDE THE BUILDING.
