I am very, very grateful to the team at Storage Prime New Castle. I had some very important personal items stored with them for a significant amount of time. These items were very special to me and they were fragile. I was praying that everything would be safe, clean, and dry,. When my best friend went to pick these items up, they were all in perfect condition!!! I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am! Highly recommended!!!
I rented a storage unit a little less then a month ago and so far it has been great! I highly recommend. The only place I see room for improvement is the hours. I work 9-6 then babysit my niece and nephew from 6:30-11:30. When I was researching a place to rent I included 24/7 access as an amenity I needed. Somehow Storage Prime came up (it was about the 3rd or 4th result down) It was reasonably priced and I just assumed it was 24/7 since I specified that was what I was looking for. I've had a unit here for a little over a year and have no complaints. The climate controlled units are clean and dry and it's easily accessible.
I've had 2 units at this facility for around 5 years. Owners have always been really nice. They keep the grounds clean, and access gate we'll maintained. Overall a good experience, i would recommend it if your looking.
