I rented a storage unit a little less then a month ago and so far it has been great! I highly recommend. The only place I see room for improvement is the hours. I work 9-6 then babysit my niece and nephew from 6:30-11:30. When I was researching a place to rent I included 24/7 access as an amenity I needed. Somehow Storage Prime came up (it was about the 3rd or 4th result down) It was reasonably priced and I just assumed it was 24/7 since I specified that was what I was looking for. I've had a unit here for a little over a year and have no complaints. The climate controlled units are clean and dry and it's easily accessible.
I've had 2 units at this facility for around 5 years. Owners have always been really nice. They keep the grounds clean, and access gate we'll maintained. Overall a good experience, i would recommend it if your looking.
Had an indoor unit for over a year here. Just moved out of it this month. Can honestly say..it was a good experience. The security and climate control made it worth every dime spent on the rental. I do recommend the indoor units, esp if you have temperature sensitive items..such as electronics. If ever I need storage again? Will use again
