I was insured through New Castle Insurance for close to 19 years on a property I own. This year they never sent out a renewal policy for my insurance. They also never sent out any paperwork that my insurance had lapsed. I contacted New Castle Insurance and the lady was rude and told me my agent retired and it was not there fault that we didnt recieve any paperwork for renewal policy.
