Three Stone Homes (TSH) did a remarkable job building my very first home in Kansas City. They exercised immense patience as I jumped through all of the permitting and planning hoops set forth by the city. The cabinets and countertops are beautiful and spacious. The sheet rock and carpet workers brought it all together. PRO TIP: I would advise anyone wanting to build in KC to use a general contractor unless you have built in KC before. From the moment I drove on to the Three Stone Homes in Harrisonville, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable personnel. They listened to what I was looking for and they delivered. We had a great experience shopping for a home; there was no pressure at all and the follow up to our questions was very good. Our experience during the construction phase was just the opposite due to a lack of communication.
