Update: the quality you will get! The owners do NOT care if you are happy and get the simplest things you ordered to enjoy your new home, like the color of cabinet pulls! Yes cabinet pulls that Jeff Warren said was in their office! Now They said they ordered them going on 6 months now. It’s a simple $200.00 item. This company does not care after they get your check! You can walk around for hours and look at all the home. No one will bother you and try to sell you the home. Unless you want them too. The manufacturer homes on this lot are amazing, and prices are great. They have a lot of different home variety to choose from. I just love this place.
Construction is a frustrating and confusing event. Lots of headaches including salesman leaving before house was even set. BUT; Erin in the office works so hard to answer or get the answers you need , chase permits and generally just be around to help you through the chaos. Trey stepped up and was my go to guy for “everything”. I don’t have the patience or energy to express my disappointment with everything in the one review. This house has been an ongoing battle for a year and half. Half fast fixes, tons of excuses, and even more mistakes made by the workers. These photos are the current state of my house.
