On hold too long, waiting to talk to someone by phone. Sometime 30 min to an hour. Hate that music too.
Very sad office staff is terrible! They don’t return patients messages. And when you call and someone does answer they hang up! The only reason I gave them one star is because there’s no option for half a star!!!!!
