Jess has been an amazing manager so far. Our experience at new castle has been decent. Jess is respectful, Attentive, reasonable and quick to respond to any concerns we whether it’s during business hours or she’s out of office. My only complaint is parking but she can’t help the size of our parking lot.

I've enjoyed living here the past 9 years. I like the quiet neighborhood it is in and I have had no major issues overall besides the typical stuff that can pop up abd be dealt with. I've had several land lords but Jessica is definitely the best. She is very attentive and professional. I appreciate how she has high standards and is easily available. I can see her climbing up the career ladder but I'm lucky to have her as a landlord in the meantime.

I really don’t see how people can give this place a 5-star rating! I moved in August 4th & was gone by August 11th. I was told maintenance was suppose to be in my unit by the 8th no one showed. Then was told they had other emergencies later on that evening. There is SEVERE water damage within those townhomes. It’s to the point there was mold physically showing on the walls, in the cabinets, etc. I was told they just replaced the walls. Obviously the wall was not the problem. The problem is much deeper. Thin walls, Roach issues/Nets, Mold.. etc I don’t leave reviews like ever, but a lot of individuals with children live here & if your looking to moving here it’s possible your unit may have these same issues. Management & Maintenance definitely does there best with what they have, but it’s a health hazard to live here so chose New Castle at your own risk 🥲..
