If I could give my last visit there negative stars, I absolutely would. I have been a customer for 5 years at this location and never experienced anything like I did the other day. I took both of my dogs to see Dr. J Bradley Garvin (7/13/2020) and ended up having to call the police regarding Dr. GARVINS lack of professionalism. I was told by Mr. Garvin that "He had a buisness to run and that not everything in life was about me," after I requested a same day blood draw for my 6lb shih tzu. I needed emergency vaccines for my dog due to an unexpected trip out of state for a medical emergency and they were so nice to accommodate us the same day on their busy schedule! Thank you so much! Great staff and prices!
I took my baby here to get his teeth cleaned, he came back with a slipped disk in his neck! He was in so much pain, they acted like I wasn’t them. She made the comment to put him down! I had to take him to a specialist in Indy. If you love your baby’s don’t take them here!
We had our Maci Faith, 16 years with her mom and dad, put down today and they were the most compassionate people on this earth today! Thank you from the bottom of our family's heart.
Visited today for a check up with my cat! The entire staff was fantastic and the price was fair. I think we’ll be going here from now on!
