Wow I can't say enough about New Carolina. They really helped us out when we needed a unit quickly. I have used a lot of storage units and none can even come close to New Carolina. It is easy to get in and out and the units is very clean the whole facility is wonderful. Great location, secure, the staff is amazing and very helpful. If we need another unite again I would use them in a second.

They went above & beyond for me. I'm an out of towner, very anxious, moving to the Hickory area alone & had to go with my gut feeling. After speaking with 2 others on the phone it was clear to me, these people care deeply & are not out to just get your money. Polite, caring, sensitive to your needs. You get so much more than you pay for, more then a storage shed. I feel hugged. Absolutely amazing..... See you all on the 2nd or 3rd when I roll into town. Thank you so much! The cleanest, most secure storage facility in the area, not to mention the staff who go above and beyond with their customer service.
I dealt with a lot of Self Storage / UHaul operators in my quest for a 15ft truck during a high demand college move-in week. NCSS was head and shoulders above the rest. Gene answered the phone / returned calls / and provided personalized service. I highly recommend.
