I would give zero stars if I could. The service department has kept my vehicle for 36 days, and still couldn't give me a concrete answer as to what's wrong with it. The General "Manager", Deborah, was beyond rude, spoke poorly of other dealerships and service departments, and made brash accusations that I did not take proper care or my vehicle. which I can prove otherwise. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. While shopping for used cars from dealerships one thing I was looking for was a dealership that actually inspected and serviced their used car inventory, and not just their *certified* pre-owned inventory. David Brown, the salesman I dealt with, assured me they did, and in fact the car I was interested in had just had its steering rack replaced.
