Only good thing about this storage facility is that it is close to my house. But the downside is 1ive had rats get in and eat clothes boxes and important stuff to me, 2 they gave the passcode to my ex to get in the gate who went and cut my lock and broke into my storage and now 3 I pay my storage had it for almost 3 years now and I get behind from time to time but they took it upon themselves to cut my lock and snoop through everything breaking some of my pictures and my dad's school trophies I've held onto. I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this storage facility. For the past four days, I’ve called about 20 times trying to reach someone, and no one ever answers. The voicemail box is full, so there’s no way to even leave a message or request a callback. On top of that, the automatic gate rarely works properly, which makes accessing my belongings extremely difficult. Has anyone else been able to reach the owners of this storage facility once you rented? I rented a unit on Saturday morning. Paid. A few hours later...(during access hours) the gate code doesn't work. Called emergency contact...no answer. Called the office number no answer. Left VMs and email....no response. Called Sunday... no answer. Left VMs and email....no response. Called Monday during business hours...no answer.
I have called and left voicemails, texted them, communicated messages through the "contact us" icon, and emailed them since April to cancel. I received an email saying that since I didn't request in time, come May I would still have to pay but to still submit my request to cancel. I have a text verifying from owners that I DID request a cancelation and an email so I should be good to go come June. I am now being charged for June... I haven't been there since APRIL!
