I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this storage facility. For the past four days, I’ve called about 20 times trying to reach someone, and no one ever answers. The voicemail box is full, so there’s no way to even leave a message or request a callback. On top of that, the automatic gate rarely works properly, which makes accessing my belongings extremely difficult. Has anyone else been able to reach the owners of this storage facility once you rented? I rented a unit on Saturday morning. Paid. A few hours later...(during access hours) the gate code doesn't work. Called emergency contact...no answer. Called the office number no answer. Left VMs and email....no response. Called Sunday... no answer. Left VMs and email....no response. Called Monday during business hours...no answer.
I have called and left voicemails, texted them, communicated messages through the "contact us" icon, and emailed them since April to cancel. I received an email saying that since I didn't request in time, come May I would still have to pay but to still submit my request to cancel. I have a text verifying from owners that I DID request a cancelation and an email so I should be good to go come June. I am now being charged for June... I haven't been there since APRIL!
