Had a very pleasant experience at New Canaan Bicycles. We bought a second hand bike for my child a few years back from here and recently returned for a new bike. Lou was knowledgable, kind, patience and was very thorough in answering all of our questions. We purchased a great bike that they'll be able to grow into. Lou custom fit the handlebars and seat and also installed a cup holder and kickstand. A+ customer service. Would highly recommend the shop

I just bought my second used bike for myself today, I’ve worked with New Canaan Bicycles through three total purchases -this includes an electric bike, I’ve only had golden 10/10 experiences here. Love the crew, love the shop. Could not recommend stopping by enough! If you’re in town and want to learn a little, pick up a new hobby or are just bike-curious… go for it, you won’t be sorry!
I tried to call and schedule an appointment for this store and as soon as I mentioned to word e-bike, he said no. I don’t understand that because before I had called them a different time and said they could do it so I am not sure what is going on with the service but they need to fix it. I think before I called Lou, very nice guy, but this time it was another guy and he wasn’t as friendly. Thank you.
Brought in my Miyata today to get the wheels trued and tensioned. The owners were super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They got me back on the road in a pinch! Lou’s customer service was top notch, and the price of service was very reasonable. Excellent shop, couldn’t recommend any more.
