I tried to call and schedule an appointment for this store and as soon as I mentioned to word e-bike, he said no. I don’t understand that because before I had called them a different time and said they could do it so I am not sure what is going on with the service but they need to fix it. I think before I called Lou, very nice guy, but this time it was another guy and he wasn’t as friendly. Thank you.
Brought in my Miyata today to get the wheels trued and tensioned. The owners were super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They got me back on the road in a pinch! Lou’s customer service was top notch, and the price of service was very reasonable. Excellent shop, couldn’t recommend any more.
I’ve been going to Lou for almost 4 years now, he has helped me Immensely with his bike knowledge steering me the right direction when I am unsure about something. Cannot recommend him more for beginners and experienced cyclists. Support local shops!

His work is top-notch, fairly priced, and always completed on quickly. I’ve never felt upsold or pressured, and I completely trust him with my bike. It’s great to have such a reliable and honest local bike shop. Highly recommend.
