Although an hour away from where I live. I visited the store because they were the only one on the east coast with the bike I wanted. Lou was very knowledgeable and spent a lit if time getting me comfortable with my new e bike. If I lived closer, this would be my bike shop. It was a great experience. If you live near New Canaan, highly recommended. One recommendation, the entrance is a little hard to find, call ahead for directions.
Just left the shop. It was a great experience. Lou and his staff were fantastic. Highly recommend

We had a great experience with Lou and the team getting our bikes tuned up! They are real experts and provide excellent service
