Just got off the phone with Lou. I’d just purchased a used Giant Talon eBike independently and was looking to have a missing key replaced. Lou asked some questions and provided some good advice that I’d not considered prior to purchase. New Canaan Bicycles could have provided a “pre-inspection,” something I hadn’t given any thought to. The bottom line is that Lou freely gave me his time and answered my questions without asking anything in return. That’s something to be grateful for. Thank you, Lou.
