If you want to see drug deals going down in the parking lot in broad daylight then yea this is the perfect place for you!
This place is not ideal for anyone. The property manager quit back in the summer And they have not hired anyone to replace her yet. There are no maintenance personnel either. My 84 year old Grandma lives by herself there and has been saving her rent every month till someone comes to see about them. There is a manager on the newer side of the complex but they don't deal with the residents on my grandmother's side. They are in limbo. No number to call. Noone to talk to. Nothing.
