Recommendedthis is literally my second home ,i found myself at this place ,amazing staff and people in general ,from the kitchen to bartender and door ripley,john(kitchen )always get you're food out asap just to put a smile on you're face !leah (bartender)fixes up you're drinks the way you love them and never fails to do so ,carlin (all around) he's always a king at the top of his game !!he keeps nbt rolling all together and a awesome person .i give this place 5 stars !!!!!!!! forever :) MUST GO CHECK IT OUT

Sound quality is the absolute worst. The owners haven’t invested any money in the equipment or building since … as long as I remember. I’ve never heard good music at New Brookland. Don’t get me wrong, not the bands. It’s the sound man and poor equipment. Not worth your time.

Excellent sound, Excellent staff, Excellent food and great atmosphere
This is a long term nearly historic venue for great live music acts but the sound quality is subpar. It should be about quality not decibels. The bands shouldn’t sound distorted and you should be able to hear the singers vocals. Last night was a disservice to all three bands. Need to work on that to continue to be successful and attract bands and audiences.
A great dive bar and punk rock venue!
