Wow! Just wow!! Props to Stephanie in the customer service department!! I called because we received a R/C vehicle from a raffle and it ended up not having a remote in the box.. so I decided to call and see if I could get one warrantied or even buy it directly from them over the phone and instead they're just sending it to me!! You guys are awesome! Next time I think of #puremichigan I'll remember the hospitality from even a big name manufacturer that's located right here in my home state!!
The customer service was very prompt in response to my concern, and addressed and resolved my problem very quickly and professionally!!
