I contacted this place numerous times because I was interested in one of their openings. They never responded to me. I guess they don't care.
Updating this review 4 years later! Moved out last week to join family in another state & still highly recommend this building. Staff (Jacqueline & Walter) continued to be personally responsive/responsible, warm, friendly, flexible. Lucky to have found such a great place to live! My old review (2020): “Beautiful apartments. Most of the information is "Contact us" when contacted no answer. When visited attempting to talk to someone in person there was no one to answer the leasing office when called on their device. Looked nice from the outside

Absolute WORST leasing process ever! My husband and I were looking to relocate from our rental in Westchester, NY while we continued our search for a home in the area. After reading the reviews and meeting with Jacqueline, the property manager, I was excited and hopeful to start the process.
