I lived here for five years from 2020 until 2025. The building was great and very comfortable. I loved my apartment. Things occasionally did happen that required attention, and for that I am very grateful to have had Jacqueline and Walter. They were always extremely attentive and very responsive in resolving any issues that arose. I would recommend this building in large part because of them and how easy they made living there.
DO NOT MOVE HERE — YOU’VE BEEN WARNED (Especially if you have young children) If you’re even considering moving into this building, I urge you to stop now and RUN in the opposite direction. My family and I were among the very first tenants and lived here for six long, frustrating years. The ONLY reason we stayed as long as we did was because our daughter attends the local school district. I can say with absolute certainty: this is one of the worst buildings in the area. Unsafe Living Conditions: No AC for Weeks in a Heatwave New Bridge Crossing has left multiple apartments—including those of my friends and family—without working AC for over a month during a severe heat wave. Management says “the part was ordered” 3–4 weeks ago but provides no tracking number, ETA, or actual repair date.
