I paid 1200$ up front on half off day for St Marq to complete a half sleeve on my right arm LAST YEAR. I have gone in for one outlining session and one color session and still don’t even have a quart of my half sleeve finished! I have called the store and texted/called St Marq and never get an answer for when I need to go back and get more work done. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHADY! He has basically stole money from me since he refuses to answer back and just ignores me. Will never return.
