I have always had only good things to say about this facility. If it werent for their time and devotion to their patients there would be alot of people who need the help with their medical conditions who would go untreated due to the financial cost of healthcare. They are some of the nicest and most caring individuals to cross path. Thank you VIM for continuing to provide excellent support for my medical needs.

I respect the volunteers is medicine, but really my first venipuncture on my right arm burned so much the moment she stuck it and she removed it and proceeded to use my inner wrist vein which after she took the needle out I felt pain and now both arms are bruised where I got poked; now I have further worries of nerve damage. Not to mention liability is to none. Doctor believed my arm was fit for work even after I mentioned significant weakness and immobility.
