Wow such an amazing company to work with. The manager(s) are literally sincere when they say, “I AM HERE TO HELP YOU SAVE WHILE GETTING THE BEST UNIT!” Yes this is “just a storage place” for some but in truth we are choosing and trusting a place of business with our prized possessions, and hands down from where I’ve “previously rented a storage unit” (horrible experiences/losses) NB STORAGE DESERVES 5-stars!
- I took over a business in March and today April 17th 2025, all of a sudden my gate code doesn’t work all of a sudden and the 3rd party support can’t be much help. It’s been over an hour since my crew let me know they couldn’t get in/out of the location. There’s no back up in place for this issue and there’s no one to be gotten a hold of to deal with this. New Braunfels storage you need to get on top of this. This is an absolute failure on your end.
