I can not recommend New Braunfels NeuroGenesis enough for the help it has provided me. As I was finishing my masters degree in mental health counseling, I was experiencing extreme overwhelm, anxiety, depression, and exhaustion. Jamie was so caring & attentive! I experienced very vivid dreams from my neurogenesis sessions. The one thing I would to differently and definitely & recommend to others, don’t drink alcohol in the days leading up to and following your sessions. I’m abstaining from alcohol permanently now and feel like the benefits would have been even better if I had not been consuming alcohol the day before and after! Everyone should try neurogenesis with Jamie. 🤍
