We have lived in our rental house for almost 2 years always paid on time. Weve had to replace 4 GFI plug ins and the kitchen lighting on our own. We were told we would get reimbursed but never did. The sinks in the master bathroom have late since weve moved in, both toilets upstairs have leaked since April, the fence on one side of our yard is literally being held up by our trash cans since April and nothing has been fixed. Beyond that, we also value good relations with our tenants, and part of that means having two-way honest discussions. Frankly, I find your review to be an embellishment of fact and in some cases flatly disingenuous. It is ironic that the timing of your all of a sudden bad review and criticism comes at the time you are planning to terminate your lease early and moving out of the state.
