RecommendedThere was only a couple minutes wait time in lobby. Once I got back there things were very quick to get done. Place was clean and staff was educating and polite.

I was visiting family in New Braunfels and unfortunately ended up spending Thanksgiving Night in the New Braunfels ER. The entire staff was great, everyone from the front desk, Techs, Nurses and Doctors were kind, caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend this ER if you ever have a medical emergency .
Everyone was great, fast, and kind. I was in pain they took care of it and went home fast!!
