Our carpets were soiled, stained, and had pen marks so we didn't feel too optimistic about getting them cleaned. Mark worked very hard and got them exceptionally clean, we're very impressed! Mark is truly passionate about his work. He came to my house and did a fantastic job cleaning a really dirty chair and ottoman, as well as my living room carpet.
