God bless Dr. Douglas and Dr. Ian. I was a patient for over 10 years. I am a cash pay patient, I do not have health insurance. I needed to be treated for shingles. The receptionist said "from working with Ian she knows he'll want images, or I could go to the ER or urgent care." You do the math on all 3 of those options. After politely declining to get X-rays for shingles, I received a certified letter in the mail for "Patient Dismissal/Termination of Care Notice".

Office staff is always attentive to needs of patients and very polite
I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years and I would never think about going anywhere else. I have had many health issues and Dr Watson is extremely caring and takes his time to explain things thoroughly. Everyone in the office is professional and if you need to see a specialist they make sure to make you an appointment promptly!
