This review is about the front desk. I was looking forward to seeing Dr. Kil, but the rude/dismissive tone about billing were red flags. I called to make an appt and the first question was for my credit card details. It’s important to me to find providers who can answer very simple questions on billing. I am not surprised to see other reviews saying the same.
