Bought a brand new vehicle from Mazda, turned out to be a lemon. They are very, very sneaky and very shady, they flat out lied to our face Numerous times, and when we were sitting in front of them and called them out on it, they didn’t seem to care. The owner is a disgusting individual the way him and his general managers treated my wife and I. I wish I could give them less than one star, but you have to put something.!!! Do not trust them!!

Bought a pre-owned Jeep through them (Kia of New Bern) in January. Was told a 24mo/24Kmi "BUMPER TO BUMPER" warranty was "thrown in" to sweeten the deal since the payments were higher than expected; this was by Kyle Kratoville, the sales manager. He told me if "anything goes wrong, we'll fix it" [other than basic maintenance]. Brought my Jeep in today for its 1st oil change. Was told it needed $1,800 worth of service!! The big kicker? I've bought 2 cars from here and my father in law bought 2 trucks. They are by far the best place I've ever dealt with buying and servicing my vehicles. I feel like Norm from Cheers when I go to either sales or service. Jeremy was beyond helpful with helping me with my latest purchase taking time out of his day to make sure everything was perfect. Everyone here in sales and service and even parts have been great and make you feel like you really matter to them. Can't recommend them enough.
