Bought a pre-owned Jeep through them (Kia of New Bern) in January. Was told a 24mo/24Kmi "BUMPER TO BUMPER" warranty was "thrown in" to sweeten the deal since the payments were higher than expected; this was by Kyle Kratoville, the sales manager. He told me if "anything goes wrong, we'll fix it" [other than basic maintenance]. Brought my Jeep in today for its 1st oil change. Was told it needed $1,800 worth of service!! The big kicker? I've bought 2 cars from here and my father in law bought 2 trucks. They are by far the best place I've ever dealt with buying and servicing my vehicles. I feel like Norm from Cheers when I go to either sales or service. Jeremy was beyond helpful with helping me with my latest purchase taking time out of his day to make sure everything was perfect. Everyone here in sales and service and even parts have been great and make you feel like you really matter to them. Can't recommend them enough.

I typically don’t write reviews, especially negative ones, but my experience trying to buy a used 4Runner from Chevrolet of New Bern was completely disheartening. I will say.. the salesman, Jarrett, who had only been there a week, was truly exceptional and very helpful. Jeremy Lowery is the absolute GOAT of auto salesmen. We were looking for a specific vehicle and he walked us through a new model and all of the specific features and how it differed from the old model.
