From the moment I walked to the show room Chantal was professional, pleasant and easy to talk to. The team Nick and Toby were professional, courteous and punctual which I truly appreciated. Awesome family owned company. I needed three replacement windows for my home. I gave them the rough measurements and they provided some suggestions for what I needed. When I placed the order the custom size windows were ready in about two weeks. The windows are good quality, the price was fair, and the service and communication was OUTSTANDING. New Beginnings is fantastic! I got so many estimates for our sliding glass door and New Beginnings was the only one that gave me one that was reasonable and something I could actually afford. It only took them two hours to install our new door and it looks fantastic. There was a small issue with the lock and they came right back out and fixed it immediately. I would recommend them over and over!
New Beginnings Window & Door was a pleasure to work with for purchasing and installing a new front door. My wife and I weren't sold on any of the doors we'd seen at big box retailers and it wasn't until we visited the showroom at NBWD that we truly found a door design we loved.
