From the minute we walked into the showroom we felt like valued customers. After we had shopped around, we found exactly what we were looking for and Chantal made it happen. From purchase to the installation with George, we highly recommend New Beginnings!
From start to finish, we are very happy with our experience with New Beginnings Windows and Doors. Jacob came out to our house very soon after meeting him in their showroom, then Nick a couple days later. Our new French Doors were ordered and following the expected manufacturing time, the doors have now been expertly installed by Nick and his team.
Our experience with this vendor was extremely frustrating. We purchased over $20,000 worth of windows, and what arrived had numerous quality issues — nothing like the pristine showroom samples we were shown. We provided detailed photo, video, and email documentation in an effort to resolve the issues. Despite this, the owner ultimately stated they were proud of what was delivered and declined to make it right. We needed a few windows replaced and were searching for quality and, of course, something reasonably priced. I'm grateful that I found New Beginnings. From our first meeting with Chris to the final installment by Nick and his crew, this was the easiest home repair. The windows are gorgeous, they left our home immaculate and I would happily use them and recommend them again.
