It is important to share my experience for the sake of transparency and awareness. When asked to visit by a staff member and to communicate concerns about how my family member was responding at home to an adjustment in his treatment. Rather than being heard, the doctor became defensive and irate, which left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable. I chose to leave and follow up by email with the owner.
