This is the absolute WORSE company!! As a care attendant, with this company being the service facilitator, I have not been paid in 6 weeks due to the owner, Bernard Ogburn purposely not submitting the paperwork for me to be paid. What legitimate company does this?? Stay far, far away from this company unless u want to experience what I am which is about to become a legal issue. If I could give this company a zero, I would.
Having same issues as you Nala Redd . My assistant never got paid and I have to pay out of pocket. If you happen to know anyone offering the same services please let me know.
There's never a way to contact the staff now the phone's are completely out of service and my caretaker hasn't been compensated for any of her hours because my service provider didn't turn my documentation over to my insurance company before the due date and mow we still aren't able to reach anyone at the office
